Let the world in

Let the world in.

Phone away. Headphones off.

There’s a whole world happening around you.
Give yourself the chance to notice it.

Help others unplug

Start where you are

Make room for real life.

A familiar journey. Your lunch break. A walk around the block.
Choose a part of your day and experience it a little differently.

  1. Put your phone away.

In your pocket or your bag. Let a moment happen without reaching for a screen.

  2. Take a headphone break.

When it works for you, pause what’s playing. Hear the everyday world around you.

  3. See what you notice.

Look around. Let your thoughts wander. There’s nothing to achieve or report back.

Make it work for your life and your needs. No streaks. No perfect way to do it.

How it began

One commute.
A different kind
of connection.

It started with a 15–20 minute commute, without a phone or headphones.

At first, Imogen found it painfully boring. Then she began to notice her surroundings. Her thoughts had room to wander. Over time, that change reached other parts of her day, and she later deleted social media.

Let the world in grew from that personal experience: an invitation to make a little more space for the life already happening around us.

You don’t have to follow the same path. Start with something that fits your day, and see what it feels like for you.

A message worth passing on

Take the idea
out into the world.

Help someone else pause, look up and reconnect. Stickers, tees and badges are in the works to carry that invitation into everyday life and help fund the movement.

On a notebook, a tee, or a display with permission: a simple reminder can start a conversation.

The conversation can start here.

Then put your phone away, and let the world in.
